Support

• Install it from the Chrome Web Store, then pin the Career Orchestrator icon to your toolbar.
• Sign in — click the toolbar icon and choose Login via Web Sync. A tab opens on careerorch.com, connects the extension, and closes itself. Make sure you're logged in to careerorch.com in the same browser first.
• Save a job — on a LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or ZipRecruiter listing, click the Career Orchestrator save button. The role lands in your pipeline, and you'll see its ghost-job risk badge right on the page.
• Not connecting? Open chrome://extensions, click Reload on Career Orchestrator, then sign in again. Confirm you're logged in on careerorch.com in the same browser.

• Install it as a desktop app — in Chrome, open the install icon at the right of the address bar (or ⋮ menu → “Cast, save, and share” → “Install…”) to run Career Orchestrator in its own window.
• Credits & billing — manage your plan and see your credit balance in the app. Questions about a charge? Email us and we'll sort it out.
• Your data — you can export a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from the app. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Every listing is scored for ghost-job risk — the signs of a role that isn't really being filled (stale reposts, vague descriptions, and more). A higher score means higher risk. The score is decision support, not a verdict: you always choose what to apply to. Curious how a score was produced? Ask us and we'll explain.
