Terms of Service

Career Orchestrator helps you search jobs, detect likely "ghost" listings, and generate tailored CVs, cover letters, application strategies, and interview practice using AI. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or submit others' data without permission;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its job data except as expressly allowed;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls; or
• misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified fact.

Documents, scores, and suggestions are generated by AI and provided "as is" to assist you. They can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you send to an employer. We don't guarantee any interview, offer, or employment outcome, and the ghost-job score is an estimate, not a determination about any specific employer.

Job listings, company information, and apply links come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, out of date, or unavailable. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party sites, employers, or services you reach through the Service.

Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the period you've paid for. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and consumed AI credits aren't reversible. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

The Service, its software, and branding belong to Growthify Ltd. You keep ownership of the content you provide and the documents you generate for your own job search, and you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service (e.g. processing your inputs through our AI providers to produce your outputs).

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other users. You can export your data before deleting your account.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or £100.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
